Becoming legal through marriage
I am a U.S citizen and my fiance not,
he has been living here for a while
undocumented. He has been in
county jail for not driving with out a
licsence.
What are the necesarry steps I need
to take after we get married for him
to become legal?

Does he have an Immigration hold? If so this matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you and your finance get married, you can sponsor a green card for your finance. However, obtaining a green card is a different matter, especially if your finance is undocumented and was put in jail.
