how can i get my legal residence if i"m married to a citizen and i have one (1) child citizen

If you entered the U.S. legally, & can prove your entry, then your U.S. citizen spouse can apply for your adjustment of status. If you entered illegally, then it is much more complicated & you should be assisted by an experienced immigration attorney.
