Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Live-In Domestic Worker

My sister and I are both having babies this year and we would prefer to have a relative take care of the babies. We would like to petition our aunt who lives in the Philippines to come here to be a live-in domestic worker. What steps do we need to take to do this and how long does this process take?

Re: Live-In Domestic Worker

It will take a long time. Though the labor cert and I-140 can be approved in few months...but visa numbers would not be available.
