Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi,
I am living in CA for few years and would like to apply for US Citizenship from there. But I was outside US last 1 month due to some personal issues or vacation and got back to CA in a different address. Please note that before travelling to abroad I had moved out from my apartment but kept my Job, Car, Insurance etc. I also used a mailbox in CA address during this temporary absence.
My question is, is this mandatory to continue a rented apartment before apply in order ensure the state residency? Just wondering if my state residency is broken! Do I need to wait another three months or I can still apply.
Please advise.
Thanks
Srabon
