Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
What is my "locked-in" age now that a visa number is available?
I am having a hard time figuring this out and I really need help. What is now my locked-in age?
MY PRIORITY DATE: 11/7/2013,
VISA NUMBER BECAME AVAILABLE: June 2015,
AGE AT THE TIME OF PRIORITY DATE: 19,
AGE AT THE TIME VISA NUMBER BECAME AVAILABLE: 21,
BIRTH DATE: 11/8/1993,
Filed by mother who is a PERMANENT RESIDENT
Please help me, can I still file for AOS now? Or am I now under F2B and have to wait 9years to have visa number available again?
Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!
