Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi. I lost my job in 2009 and I moved back to my home country since my H1B visa was revoked. I had some outstanding balance on my credit card when I left (may 2000$ max). Now I am planning to return back to USA. Will this cause any issue for my Visa or at the time of entering USA. I am planning to pay every thing off once I am there. Need advice. Thanks

First, it will have absolutely no effect on your visa or immigration issue to the US. Second (here is the good news) you do not have the legal responsibility to pay it back. You may have a moral responsibility to pay it back, but not legal responsibility!
The statute of limitation in most States is four years for breach of contract issues. So, the statute of limitation on your debt has long expired.
