Mark, if you're an LPR for five years, you can apply to naturalize. If you obtained your LPR status through a prior marriage, USCIS will review your marital history with a bit more scrutiny if you're recently divorced and remarried. Best process here is to talk this over with counsel before taking any action. Flesh out all the issues and let your lawyer determine eligibility and discretion issues before you begin filing.
