How do I marry My fiancee who is from another country so that she will have the right to work and function in the U.S.

Is she here in the US now? If yes, did she enter US legally (with what visa?) or illegally? If she entered US legally, generally you can marry her and file for her permanent residency application in the US. If she entered illegally, then process would be complicated.
