Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
marriage to citizen after unlawfully being in the country for over 10yrs.
i entered this country on a 6 month visa over 10 yrs ago. I never left. Had 2 citizen children by an abusive spouse who is now in jail. I recently married my fiance and he is a citizen. Do I need an attorney to handle my case or can I fill out the forms myself?
