Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Marriage
My fiancee is an american citizen, but he was married before. He brought his ex-wife from Armenia, gave her a green card; after 3 years of marriage they got divorced. If I marry him now, will he be able to give me a green card and a citizenship?

Re: Marriage
If you marry a US citizen, then he can sponsor your green card. His previous marriage should not affect your application, unless fraud was involved.
After you get your green card, you can apply for citizenship if certain requirements are met.
