My friend is on Student visa in united states and engaged to guy who is canadian citiaen.The girl has Canadian visitor visa.Can they marry in United States or they shd marry in Canada?Whats better?

If your friend is in the United States as an F1, and unless there are some other facts that are unknown, it should not really matter for U.S. immigration purposes where they get married.

If your friend were a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident, his fiance could have had problems if she married in the United States.

It may be more convenient if they married in Canada. After the marriage, she could apply for entry to the United States as a spouse of a foreign student. If they married in the United States, it may be more complicated to change her immigration status.
