Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Marriage
I got married to my fiancee while she was in the states on a tourists visa. We have not started the paperwork to obtain a greencard. Will she be allowed to travel to her home country ( Central America)to visit family. Or will she be barred from returning. Her visa is still good.

Re: Marriage
First, you want to make sure she has not accrued unlawful presence in the US. If that's the case, she can go back toher home country and then apply for immigrant visa to come back to the US. Or if you start the green card application process for her in the US, she can apply for advance parole, leave US and come back with the advance parole document.
