Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

U.S. Marriage VISA

My friend is from England and moved here to be with her boyfriend 2 years ago. Their plan was to get married and for her to make her life here. Unfortunately, things went sour and they recently ended their relationship. Within the next couple of months she has to attend an interview with her ex-boyfriend in which the only way she'll be able to get a Visa is for both of them to say that they plan to get married (which is highly unlikely at this point). She does not even know if he will show up! On top of this, she recently got a DUI. Do you have any suggestions/advice that she could use to be able to stay here in the U.S.? Are there ways that she could be able to continue living here? She does currently work full-time.

Re: U.S. Marriage VISA

I need to know her current Status. Seems like that she has applied for fiancee visa. When did she applied for that? Do you know whether he employer is willing to sponsor her? One misdemenor DUI should not be a problem.
