im married to an american citizen,
shes only 17, and im 19, and we have a 3 month old baby, i came on february 2000 with a visa but i overstayed can she fix my status before she turns 18

Yes, marriage at this age should be fine although you may need permission from the legal guardian.
However, she must be 18 years of age to be able to file for your adjustment of status to lawful permanent residence.
