Re: I got married i need to bring my wife to usa
I thought I already responded to your question, but see I did not. I am an Armenian lawyer born in the USA and work with Yerevan a lot. In fact, I'm writing a chapter of a book on visa processing there.
You need to file the petition in the U.S. It might be faster to not just file an I-130, but also a K-3 petition. This way, you do the one that comes through first.
It's extremely difficult to overcome the immigrant intent problem for Armenians, especially since you're married to her. I think the best way to go is to file both the I-130 and K-3 to increase possibility that one will be faster than the other.
