Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Married a Salvadoran without a visa

I'm a born U.S. citizen who married a Salvadoran woman last December 2008. She came to the U.S. in 2005 without a visa(no inspection).

Is the anything I can do to get her status legal here without having to have her return to El Salvador for 10 years? This seems totally unreasonable since there is no way a marriage could work without being together fo 10 years. My wife's parents have a TPS, her aunt is a citizen and grandparents have legal residency here.

What would be the process if there is anything we can do?

This matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you are located in Southern California, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation.
