Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i am marrying my GF over a year of being together, she has been here her since she was a 10months old, illegally brought over by her parents, she has paid her taxes every year, went to school here, graduated here, and attended college here, never had a crime commited in her life, and i myself never commited a crime and have a outstanding record. we both are marrying out of love nothing more , but what do we need to make her legal, when she basically lived here her whole life, and didn't come here under her own will as she was only a baby and can prove this through school records in the USA showing shes been here since a child. She has a Mexico ID proving who she is but does not have a SSN of course, she was brought over as a baby, and never found this out till she was 18 years old, all her family lives here, all her bills are here, we been living together over 6months, and been together over a year. she is currently 24 years of age, which would of prevented her from filing any papers such as the I 245 being that she would of only been 13 years old and unaware of her status till she was 18 after she realized she could not claim any of her school scholarships due to no SSN. and the truth coming out about her citzenship. please need help.

You need to meet with an immigration attorney. They can help you begin the process. Because she is here without papers her case is more complex than a straight foward adjustment, but it can still be done. I would recomned consulting an attorney in your area- You can find attorneys through AILA.org.

If you are in the bay area, I would be happy to meet with you and your girlfriend.
