Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My mother was here on Visitor visa, Then we applied for her green card as spouse of L1 visa holder, she stayed in USA even after her visitor visa expired because her green card application was going on. But now her green card application was denied.

Now she is leaving USA, but does she have her Old visitor visa which she had for 10 years.???

Are you asking if her B-2 visa (in the passport, not her actual non-immigrant status) is still valid, or are you asking what her current legal status is?
