Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Can I move my company to US
I have an internet service company based in Turkey. Although I don't have a green card or work permit, can I move it to US. What is the procedure and how is it possible.

There may be some options available either through an L-1 visa as long as you maintain the office in Turkey or through an E-2 visa. If you merely wish to make an investment in the US and no desire to stay, then the B (visitor) visa category is also an option.
Re: Can I move my company to US
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes it is possible to move your company to the US. You probably will wish to form a business entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
Your level of involvement with the business will dictate what type of visa (if any) you would need to enter the US.
If you are only owning the business and not working for or being paid by the same you will not need a visa whatsoever. If you will be working for the company you may wish to obtain an H-1B, L-1A or other visa. The answer to your inquiry is too extensive to properly answer in this reply. As such, please feel free to contact me directly so that we may discuss your alternatives/the processes more in-depth.

You can certainly "move" the company to the U.S. However, if you plan to work in the company and live in the US, you will have to petition for one of several types of visa categories. A certain amount of strategy wil be involved here as there is not "one" way to do it.
I suggest you consult with an immigration attorney PRIOR to taking any steps such as incorporating etc. as the choice of business entity and type of operations will affect the outcome of your immigration petition.
