Moving To USA

When I was a minor I illegally came to the US. I got pregnant and had a son, who is an American citizen. I returned to Mexico with my son, and never came back, but now my son is the illegal in Mexico. What can I do, if anything, to legally acquire residency so my son can live in his country. Thanks

You can apply for your son's birth certificate and US passport. With that your son can come back to the US.
