Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

multiple filing

I filed through two employers in FY 2010. what are the implications?

Will the visa aproved later be teh valid visa?

or can I pick anyone and go for stamping?

Do you mean you filed more than one H-1B? First, you can do that and choose if that's the deal with the employers. Second, you can have more than one employer.

If you're referring to H-1B, then you don't qualify through either employer. Multiple H-1 petitions are not acceptable.
