Naturalization and divorce
Hi, I've been married for 4.5 years to a U.S citizen and we are going through divorce right now (pending). I had my green card for 3 years and 3 months before our separation. my question is: can I still apply for citizenship in this cae or do I have to wait until I complete 5 years of residency?

Generally, you must be married in order to obtain the next green card level.
