naturalization interview
Hello,
my wife went in for her naturalization interview. the officer requested specific additional docs. Documents concerning marriage. We have joit tax, joint bank account, joint interest in property calimed on taxes. Officer also requested copy of her expired passport. Her total stya out of us in the three years preceding was 324 days never over 6 month for any stay, longest was 5 months and 25 days. However she did write the duration of her travels down incorrectly in the n-400 app. should we be concernned?

Re: naturalization interview
Yes you should if she did not correct the information or make clear from her passport that none of her departures were more than six months. You might benefit from a brief prepared by an attorney (like me) to be sure the government does not overstep its bounds.
There is no reason from what you've provided that she should be denied, however it's possible that without clarity the wrong decision could be made, or if there are other issues discovered later on, you might not be given an opportunity to correct that.
Time is short for this and a decision as to whether you would like to supplement the case should be done now. Don't wait to decide because it could be too late, in which case she'd have to apply for naturalization again or at worst, they might try to take the green card away in removal proceedings, but they shouldn't be able to get away with that.
Sincerely,
