Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Overstayed since age 4 now 21

Hello,

I'm a German citizen and was brought to the U.S. when I was 4. I graduated college and will be attending a prestigious University in London, England to pursue my Master's degree. Since I'm now 21 and thus no longer a minor, is there any possibility for me to get a tourist visa to visit for the holidays? I can provide substantial proof that I will be returning to England. Please let me know this situation wasn't my fault and now I need to make the difficult decision of leaving the country to continue my life. Thank you

Re: Overstayed since age 4 now 21

Because you overstayed in the U.S. for more than one year (from age 4 to age 21), if you leave the U.S., you will be barred from entering the U.S. for 10 years.
