Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My parent used my green card when I was 17 to get a job to support my family. Im 21 a year old college student now and I would like to apply for a green card for her. Would this possible despite the fact that she used my ssn?

If you apply for your parent, he/she will need to submit with a waiver for fraud since a false identity was used. You should consult with an immigration attorney before proceeding. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation.
