Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

after paying for work visa I never recieved it.

i applied for work visa after marriage and the last thing that i did was get fingerprinted and have not recieved anything after that. i paid $1,200 all together ($600 for legal services and $600 for immigration expenses.)

ive called to try to find out the status of my paperwork and the office told me that they had sent my papers out and that it was no longer in their hands.

i need legal assistance or advice as to what to do now since the processing of my paperwork has stopped.

You need to have your CIS receipt notice and then seek new attorney's help.
