Permanent Resident Card

17 tear old Mexican Citizen marries an American Citizen woman and works without green card and buys a house in Texas with his name and his wifes name and divorces wife 20 years later and puts house in ex-wifes name only; can the 37 year old Mexican man who has lived in America for 20 years and been married to American Citizen for 20 years and divorced now 2004 still be qualified for Permanent Resident Card having not applied for Permanent Residence card or Green Card before divorce from American Citizen wife?

You can apply for Cancellation of removal..since you have lived in the USA for more than 10 years and have US citizen childre. No you cannot get any papers through your wife anymore.
