Your 2 DUI convictions might affect the good moral character when apply for U.S. citizenship. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney and review your criminal records.

You may still be able to apply for citizenship despite having 2 DUIs on your record. It can take 6 months to bring your wife in on an immigrant visa as a spouse of a U.S. Citizen. It will take much longer if you apply for her while you are a green-card holder. Please feel free to contact me at 415-273-9123 or [email protected] to discuss this matter further.
