Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I know a person that is married with children before he got his green card. This person filed single to get his green card. But truly he is married. How and what can I do to report this fraud?

Although you can report fraud at your local USCIS field office, the probability of it being investigated is slim. There is not enough money in Enforcement and the government is looking for large fraud rings, not necessarily individual cases. Also, USCIS is wary of people who might be reporting alleged fraud for non-altruistic reasons.
