Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

self petition

I need to file self petition and I need an attorney who has some experiences with this . I think I have enough proof that the mariage was abusive from my husband side. I have filed restraining order against him and he filed for divorce then, but we are not divorced yet ,it will take next 6 months.

Besides the restraining order I have the records of calls that I have made to 911 and PD, but they never took him to jail, I didn't allow them to, because my husband was threating me If I did he would have killed me. I also have witnesses .

we were married for one year and 2 months. I am still waiting for my conditional green card. My husband told me that he sent the letter to immigration that I left him. but I don't know if it is true.

is there a chance for me to get my green card? who can help me here???

thank you

Re: self petition

You have to file I 360 with tons of supporting documentation. I have done these types of cases. If the paperwork is dine right...you will get prima facie eligibility...and after that can apply for social security benefits.
