Are your wife and children all in the same place (all three in the US or all three overseas)? The process will be different depending upon where they are and whether you are filing only the I-130 at this time, or if you are filing for their adjustment applications (Greencards) as well.
Your question lacks some essential information. Would need to know the following: Are you a Legal Permanent Resident or a U.S. Citizen? Are you filing I-130 petitions? Are they all living in the same place---are they all together in a foreign country now? We'd be happy to help you if you have this information. You may call: 415-387-1364 or email [email protected].
Hello:
If you are a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, and your wife and children are outside of the U.S., you may or may not have to petition them separately. Whether or not you do depends on your status and the location of your wife and kids. A factor in the process also includes whether or not your kids are over 21 years of age and whether or not your wife or your children have had prior entries to the U.S. or have past crimes.
