petitioning a mother and a grandmother

i am a usc would like to petition my mom and my grandma if possible. My grandma is also a us veterans wife. Is there a possibility she can come here in the us

You may petition for your mother as an adult US citizen son or daughter.

Your grandmother must have a US citizen immediate relative petition for her, which you would not be as a granddaughter, unless she qualifies under another provision of the immigration laws.
