Re: A plea

I beleive that you want to apply for a nonimmigrant waiver. This waiver should be filed with a local U.S. Consulate, after a denial of a nonimmigrant visa based on your potential inadmissibility. It is not certain that you are inadmissible, given that the deportation took place more then 10 years ago, however you did not specify the reason of this deportation...

The waiver should be recommended by a Consular Officer, and then the USCIS will adjudicate it.

In order to properly prepare and process your waiver application, you should retain a competent immigration attorney.

Re: A plea

I understand that the request for a tourist visa by persons previously deported from the country is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

As the person deported and directly concerned and interested, you must personally make the application for the visa, stating the cause for your deportation and indicating the reasons for your requesting a new visa.
