is possesion of sales of marijuana considered a CRIME OF MORAL TURPITUDE in immigration courts? and can a PETTY OFFENSE EXCEPTION apply here?
i was convicted in 03,,,and havent even received a parking ticket since....thank you much

It may be, depending on whether you were convicted of possession of a controlled substance, or sale of it, or both.
If it is a crime of moral turpitude, then it may fall under the petty offense exception if it is your first offense/crime (i.e. you have no other crimes or moral turpitude that occurred before that one) and if the maximum sentence is not over 1 year.
