Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Is there a prayer for someone who has lived in the USA without papers since 1974, has family and siblings that are citizens, children & grandchildren born in USA, to finally become a legal resident?

Yes! The answer to this question is, like all immigration questions, complicated. What country were you born? Did you enter the U.S. legally? Do you have any criminal convictions? If so, What for? Are you married to a U.S. citizen? how old are your children? etc.
