Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Now im pregnant with an American.
We plan to marry and get my green card.
But the problems are
1 how can I do if he changes his mind not marry me
2 if he marry me how can I get green card and how long It's going to take?

If the baby's father changes his mind & decides not to marry you, then you cannot immigrate. However, you should be entitled to child support under CA law. I suggest speaking with a CA Family Law Attorney if that occurs.
If you marry the child's father, it depends on whether or not you are eligible to adjust status (did you enter legally, with a visa or visa waiver?). If not, it's far more complicated, & I suggest speaking with an experienced Immigration Attorney to discuss provisional waivers, consular processing, & other issues you may face in the immigration process.
