Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I'm in process of applying for a green card through marriage. I had DUI 4 years ago but I lost my court papers I only have a paper from transportation department that my driving privileges are restored, and document of complete session with therapist. Would that be enough or I still need to get a papers from court?

You'll need your court papers, for sure.
Let me know if I can assist with your immigration case. I would be happy to do that.
