Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
How would I know if I am in process of being deported? On july of last year I was convicted of mistermeaner domestic violence I am taking anger classes will finish in august judge said would dismiss charges when I complete my classes am I in danger of deportation meanwhile before I even finish my classes? I have not gotten any notice from immigration I was convicted for a 273.5 (a) mistermeaner?

If you were in Removal Proceedings, you would receive a Notice to Appear from the EOIR. If you have not received this Notice, then you are okay thus far. However, I would highly recommend NOT getting arrested again, or you could end up in Federal Detention.
