property rights
does a person who has been deported, got there residency taken away from them, do they still have rights to any property or automatically they lose it?

Property rights are not affected and can't be taken away from you merely because you're stripped of permanent residence. But obviously, it will be harder for you to manage your property, such as real estate, if you're removed from the country unless you have a friend or relative here to look after it.
