A question for DV 2002 Winner

dear sir

i 've won dv2002 lottary. i am waiting to be called for interview.but there is a problem. Unfotunatly i am spending my military service so i can not get passport till 1.5 year later. i think i will be called to go to Abu Dahbi for interview for until 3 mounths. i will be glad if can help me.i donot want to miss this great chance.

unfortunately, the rule is that if you do not enter the United States with the Immigrant Visa stamped in your passport before the end of the fiscal year, you're case is cancelled.
