Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My question is that I am married to Us citizen and I am on F1 Visa and started working for 2 months ago on OPT. And my wife do not work. Now she has to file I 864 form affidavite of support . And it says that we should above poverty line or else our income should be $ 18212 mimimum and our income is way less than that. We do not have any one who can be join sponsor. How can I come out of this hurdle. I have to chane my status and this is one of the issue
