Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hello, I have a question about someone who is come to USA with visa and she is work in the restaurant (July-December). I am not sure she's using someone social security/identity or not. What I suppose to do if I suspect someone come with visa and planning work for 5 month/before tax report the begining of the year. How do I know she have visitor visa or working visa because she is not living in USA, she living in Indonesia/australia. Thank you

Unless she is your employee, I would not worry about her visa status.

To report suspected fraud, you can always contact USCIS.
