Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
getting ready to file my citizenship, but have some concern, I lied on a job application about 10 yrs ago that i was a citizen will they check.

If you were working without authorization and you put that on your application you will have to explain and it may be seen as evidence of a lack of moral character. I don't know your job history, but normally background checks don't include jobs.
