Recently divorced
I'm a US citizen and my girlfriend is an illigal alien who divorced recently from his hunband from Brazil.
We want to get married soon.
Can she get her green card after we marry?

The answer I believe is a little more complex than yes or no. It depends on not only how she entered, but if she is on bond, if immigration knows of her illegal status, and how long she has been in the country.
