Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I have been refused a UK 12 month visitor visa because I failed to provide the correct documentation initially. I am now appealing the decision and supplying the supporting documentation. Should I seek the services of an Immigration/Visa Appeals Attorney prior to submitting the appeal?
