I am here on Political Assylum, my case is in 9 circuit court and I am still waiting for decision. I would really appriciate that if you could please advice me, that If I could marry a citizen girl or any other option which could give me permanent status, cause I can't afford to go back to my country.

After you get married, and your I-130 gets approved, you need to do a motion to re-open. Your case needs to be re-opened and you have to adjust in immigration court.
