Relative Petition

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have received my DOL approval and I will be going to the USCIS to get a work permit and also to apply for a green card. Can I file to petition my brothers, sisters, and my parents now even though I'm not a citizen yet much less a green card holder? They said that the waiting time for relative petition takes a long time. Would it be better for me to file it sooner? Thank you very much.

You must be a US citizen to petition for parents and siblings.
