Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I currently relocated to Thailand from California about a year ago. I am in the process of returning home. However, my girlfriend is coming with me. Is it better to apply for fiance visa in Thailand or should I head out there first then bring her to California. I will have to go back and look for another job if that matters. I also have a sponsor as well.

Hello:

She cannot just come back with you. If coming on a Visitor Visa with the intention to marry, that is illegal. You should do the K1 or K3. Please contact me for more information.
