Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi

I have requested my company to file my I140 so that I can get my EAD faster.

They are asking for some official ruling that this has happened.

http://www.reginfo.g�pubId=201504&RIN=1615-AC05 -- I found this but this says its still proposed

Can you help me with some links that is official and says that this ruling has come into effect

Also I would appreciate if you could share links that gives the priority dates for whom EAD is currently being processed

You still cannot get an EAD until the I-140 is approved & the adjustment of status is filed. You are thinking of the revised visa bulletin. I suggest your employer seek legal representation if they need assistance filing your case, or speak with their own Counsel, if represented.
