Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My residency papers are in progress but I want to marry an illegal allien(undocumented person)

Can the uscis denied me the residency if I marry him?

What if I marry him confidentially?

My I-360 is under appeal court after the interview for the I-485 which is still in process.

Question:can I marry an illegal alien without compromising my immigration process? What about doing it confidentially?

Your I-485 will not be approved until your I-360 is approved. If your I-360 is based on a VAWA petition then getting married should not affect your petition, but more information is needed to adequately address your question. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
